About the Role:
We’re looking for a bright, curious and proactive Marketing Intern to join our team. You’ll get stuck into real projects from Day 1 – helping us find and nurture leads, create content, run campaigns, and boost our brand presence.
No long coffee runs. Just real marketing. Real learning. Real impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Help manage our social media (LinkedIn and Instagram especially)
- Create content – from blog posts to flyers to email campaigns
- Research competitors, trends, and industry insights
- Track marketing performance (with some training on tools like Airtable, Google Analytics, Power BI)
- Assist with events, partnerships, and award submissions
- Be part of team brainstorming and campaign planning sessions
What We’re Looking For:
- You’re studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or something similar
- You’re creative, detail-oriented, and like trying new ideas
- You’re confident with writing and enjoy telling stories
- You’re comfortable using basic digital tools (e.g., Canva, Google Docs, Excel)
- You’re open to learning marketing tech (we’ll teach you the rest!)
Bonus (but not required):
- Interest in logistics, tech or startups
- Any experience with content creation, design or analytics tools

We’re now hiring an Operations Coordinator to join our friendly and fast-moving team in Stockley Park.
About the Role:
This is a support-based operations role perfect for someone with some office experience, great communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly and confidently. You’ll be part of the team that ensures shipments are booked, documents are prepped, and customers are kept in the loop.
What You will do
- Assist with booking shipments and arranging transportation via road, air, or sea
- Prepare and double-check documentation (CMRs, commercial invoices, customs forms)
- Liaise with clients, carriers, and agents via email and phone
- Help track shipments and flag any issues to the team quickly
- Support the customs clearance process by liaising with brokers and gathering the right paperwork
- Update internal systems and keep shipment records tidy and up to date
- Be part of a growing team where ideas, questions, and initiative are encouraged
What We’re Looking For
- Languages: Must be fluent in English and at least one of the following: Polish, Romanian, or Lithuanian
- Office or logistics admin experience (1+ years preferred)
- A sharp eye for detail and a cool head under pressure
- Comfortable using email, Excel, and logistics software (we’ll train you on ours)
- Willingness to learn about shipping, customs, and logistics
- Friendly, reliable, and professional – you’ll be part of our frontline customer experience
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
Bonus Points For:
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping documents, or customs
- Experience in a multilingual or international business environment
- A good sense of humour and a positive attitude – we work hard, but we keep it human
