The Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. You’ll work closely with our Executive Team to help grow Transportify’s brand, generate new business leads, and keep our customers informed and inspired.
This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing role, one day you’ll be designing a social post, the next you’ll be building an email campaign or tracking inbound leads.
What You’ll Do
- Support lead generation campaigns targeting SMEs and logistics partners.
- Manage social media content calendars and posts across LinkedIn and other channels.
- Write and edit blogs, case studies, and customer stories for the website and email campaigns.
- Track marketing metrics and build simple performance reports (reach, engagement, conversion).
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials (digital, print, and events).
- Support event planning and award submissions.
- Work with internal teams (operations, sales, and customer service) to gather insights and develop stories.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a knack for design and storytelling.
- Basic familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot (or other CRMs), Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A genuine interest in logistics, sustainability, and how businesses move goods across borders.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B marketing or logistics.
- Basic understanding of SEO and analytics dashboards (Power BI, GA4, etc.).
- Familiarity with email automation tools and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

The Role
As a Freight Forwarder Intern, you’ll join the engine room of our business, helping to coordinate shipments, manage bookings, communicate with hauliers and customers, and ensure everything runs smoothly from collection to delivery.
You’ll learn the full cycle of European road freight, gain hands-on exposure to customs and compliance, and see how modern logistics blends people, process, and data.
What You’ll Do
- Support the freight forwarding team in daily operations across Europe

What We’re Looking For

- Confident communicator, comfortable speaking to hauliers and customers
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and willingness to learn new tools

About the Role:
This is a support-based operations role perfect for someone with some office experience, great communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly and confidently. You’ll be part of the team that ensures shipments are booked, documents are prepped, and customers are kept in the loop.
What You will do
- Assist with booking shipments and arranging transportation via road, air, or sea
- Prepare and double-check documentation (CMRs, commercial invoices, customs forms)
