Our Solution
Bigger Wasn’t Better.
Rather than forcing one large truck through Paris traffic, we redesigned the operation.
We deployed three smaller vehicles to cover all collection points efficiently across the city.
This gave us the flexibility to:
β Add the unexpected fourth collection
β Keep every collection on schedule
β Avoid delays caused by central Paris traffic

Everything was delivered into our warehouse north of Paris, consolidated, and prepared for the scheduled linehaul to London the following day.
